Common questions in Newtown
Can you repaint a whole cottage between tenancies?
Often, yes — and the honest answer depends on how many days you have and what condition the walls are in. A straightforward two-bedroom cottage with sound walls is realistic in a short window. After that we can work with your agent or your tenant for entry, keep you updated with photos, and settle the scope with you rather than on site. That is a normal way for us to run a job.
